These Terms govern the access and use of xavorel.com and of the services offered by Xavorel Servicios Financieros Colaborativos S.A.S. By using the site, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose
Xavorel operates a web platform that publishes real estate crowdlending initiatives in Argentina and facilitates the connection between project originators and people interested in participating. Xavorel does not guarantee returns and does not act as a bank.
2. Requirements to use
To participate in a project you must be of legal age in Argentina (18), have legal capacity and provide truthful information. Xavorel may request documentation to comply with anti-money-laundering rules (UIF).
3. Nature of the participation
Participation in each project is governed by the specific conditions published and by the applicable rules for crowdfunding service providers (CNV). Results depend on the actual development of each work and are not guaranteed.
4. Risk
Any participation in a real estate project involves risks (delays, cost deviations, regulatory changes, market conditions). By participating you acknowledge that you understand and accept them.
5. Fees
Xavorel may charge structuring and management fees to originators. When a fee applies to the participant, it is disclosed on the project page before confirming the participation.
6. Intellectual property
The contents, brand, design and code of the site are owned by Xavorel or its licensors. Their total or partial reproduction is not allowed without express authorisation.
7. Expected behaviour
When using the site you commit not to interfere with its operation, not to reverse-engineer it and not to publish misleading, illegal or discriminatory content.
8. Liability limitation
Within the limits allowed by law, Xavorel will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site or from participation in a project.
9. Modifications
Xavorel may update these Terms by publishing the new version on this page. Changes are in force from their publication. If you keep using the site they are considered accepted.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless consumer law provides another jurisdiction.
