At Xavorel Servicios Financieros Colaborativos S.A.S. ("Xavorel", "we") we treat your personal data with the care it deserves. This document explains, without unnecessary jargon, what information we collect, what we use it for and what you can do about it. It is aligned with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, Law 27,401 and the European best practices of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Xavorel is a company incorporated in the City of Buenos Aires, with legal address at Av. Córdoba 1233, 8th floor, office B. Privacy contact: privacidad@xavorel.com.
2. What data we collect
When you complete the contact form, we collect your name, email and the message you write. When you browse the site, and only if you give us consent, we measure page views, device and approximate origin of the traffic through Google (GA4 and Google Ads) under Consent Mode v2.
3. What we use your data for
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, inform you about newly published projects and improve the overall experience of the site. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest to keep the platform operational and secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Who we share your information with
We share minimal data with technical providers that help us run the platform: cloud hosting, transactional email and Google metrics. All of them operate under confidentiality and data protection agreements.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Argentina (United States, European Union). We require contractual safeguards equivalent to the standard clauses approved by regional authorities.
7. How long we keep your data
Contact form messages are kept for 24 months. Aggregated analytics data is kept for a maximum of 26 months. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, update and delete your data, as well as object to certain treatments. Write to privacidad@xavorel.com and we reply within a maximum of 10 business days.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we publish the new version on this page indicating the date of the last modification. Substantial changes are notified by email when applicable.
10. Supervisory authority
If you consider that a treatment does not comply with the rules, you can file a claim with the Public Information Access Agency (AAIP), Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Buenos Aires.
